CR Logistics Co., Ltd. (Hereafter referred to as the 'Company') regards clients' personal information as important and complies with the "Act On Promotion Of Information And Communications Network Utilization And Information Protection” and “Personal Information Protection Act.” The Company notifies the users about the purpose and method the Company handles the personal information the users provide with its Privacy Policy and what measures we take to protect personal information.
The company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes.
- Contact Us: Response to inquiries and reply to results
The company collects and uses personal information to the minimum extent necessary to provide services.

The Company destroys the information without any delay once the personal information is collected and the purpose of use has been achieved.
- Business Inquiry Information : 1 year after input, 3 years after consumer complaint/dispute resolution (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)

- Destruction Procedure : After the personal information collection and the purpose of use has been achieved, the private information will be stored for a certain period(refer to Processing and Storage Period of Personal Information) and then destroyed.
- Destruction Method : The private information printed on the paper shall be destroyed by destruction or incineration, and private information stored as an electronic file will be deleted by technical methods that will make the record irrecoverable.
In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to an external party. However, the following cases are exempted.
- In the case of obtaining separate consent from the user
- If requested by the provisions of the law or the request from an investigative agency following the procedure and methods the law states
- If the private information is processed into a form that a specific individual cannot be identified for statistics production, academic research, and market research
Users and legal representatives can always browse, edit/remove, suspend process, and revoke consent for their or children under the age of 14s information at any time.
In order to browse and edit the personal information of the user, make a request to the representative phone or email on the official webpage to browse, edit, or delete the account.
The company may reject browse/edit or deletion of the personal information partially or as a whole for the following clauses:
- If it is prohibited or limited by law
- If there is concern that it might harm someone else’s life/body or unreasonably violate someone else’s property and other profits
If you have requested edit for the error of personal information, your personal information won’t be used or provided until edit is completed. Also, if wrong information has already been provided to a third party, we will notify the third party with the process result of the edit without delay to make the right edits.
Regarding the removed or deleted personal information, the Company process them as described in the 『Privacy Policy』 and have them unavailable for browsing and use for other purposes.
The Company uses 'cookies' to store and periodically retrieve usage information to provide users with individualized services and convenience.
