CR Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") values users’ personal information and complies with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection and the Personal Information Protection Act. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company informs users of the purposes and methods of processing personal information and the measures taken to protect it.
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

The Company collects and uses personal information only to the minimum extent necessary to provide its services.

The Company retains personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of collection and use, and destroys it without delay thereafter.
- Business inquiry information: 1 year after submission, or 3 years after resolution of consumer complaints or disputes (pursuant to the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
In principle, the Company destroys personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. The procedures and methods are as follows:
- Destruction procedure: Personal information is stored for a certain period in accordance with the retention period and then destroyed.
- Destruction method: Personal information printed on paper is destroyed by shredding or incineration, and personal information stored in electronic form is permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
In principle, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:
- Where separate consent has been obtained from the user
- Where disclosure is required by applicable laws or requested by investigative authorities in accordance with legal procedures
- Where personal information is provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals for statistical analysis, academic research, or market research
Users and their legal representatives may request access to, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent for their personal information or that of children under the age of 14 at any time.
Requests for access, correction, or deletion of personal information may be made via the representative phone number or email address listed on the Company website.
The Company may restrict or deny such requests in whole or in part in the following cases:
- Where access is restricted or prohibited by law
- Where granting access may harm the life, body, or property of others or unfairly infringe upon their rights or interests
If a correction is requested due to an error in personal information, the Company will not use or provide such information until the correction is completed. If incorrect information has already been provided to a third party, the Company will notify the third party without delay.
Personal information that has been deleted or destroyed will be processed in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will not be used for any other purpose.
The Company uses cookies to store and retrieve usage information in order to provide users with personalized services and convenience.
